Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Investigating the surface interface and structure-activity correlations in zeolites”.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application;
(b) strong background in heterogeneous catalysis, porous materials, or zeolite synthesis and characterisation;
(c) experience with standard catalyst characterisation techniques (e.g., XRD, gas physisorption, electron microscopy, or spectroscopic methods);
(d) solid track record of scientific publication in peer-reviewed journals and effective written/spoken English communication skills; and
(e) the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research group.
