Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Neurocognitive mechanisms of hierarchical and linear artificial grammar learning: Insights for natural language syntactic learning and development”. They will be required to:
(a) assist in project management, data collection and data analysis;
(b) assist in communicating and maintaining good connections with the recruited centres; and
(c) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a good honours degree or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have experience in collecting neurolinguistic data and performing related data analysis, preferably with a strong background in computational science;
(c) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(d) have good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and
(e) be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
