Project Assistant

Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the project - “Non-local GUR study”. He/She will be required to:
(a) assist in the daily administration of the project and the development of publications and marketing collaterals;
(b) support the planning, coordination and implementation of events and activities;
(c) coordinate and prepare documentation of the project, including data collection, compilation of statistical reports, presentations and report writing;
(d) support project coordination, reporting, scheduling and other administrative matters;
(e) manage and update the website and other online promotional channels;
(f) liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist in handling relevant procedures through the University systems; and
(g) perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of College or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Accounting, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) be proficient in computer software applications, including desktop publishing tools such as Web Content Management systems, Canva and Photoshop;
(d) have a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills;
(e) have the ability to work effectively as part of the team; and
(f) be able to work independently and meet the work schedule.
