Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Migraine features and silent brain infarction in predicting stroke risk progression: A cohort study with neuroimaging analysis in Hong Kong Chinese women”. He/She will be required to:
(a) conduct literature review, data management and data analysis;
(b) prepare proposals, reports, manuscripts and presentation materials; and
(c) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Radiology, Medical Imaging, Nursing, Psychology or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application;
(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and be able to understand Cantonese;
(c) be familiar with R, SPSS, EndNote, and other Microsoft Office software;
(d) have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
(e) be responsible and able to work independently with a strong sense of self-motivation.
