Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - "Min-Exp(ectation)-Max optimization with applications to adversarially robust learning and wasserstein distributionally robust problems”. They will be required to assist in theoretical analysis, algorithm implementation, numerical experiments, literature review and research writing.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related disciplines.
Preference will be given to those who have background in nonlinear/stochastic optimization and proficiency in Python or MATLAB.
