Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Resilient Students Training Hub (ReST Hub): Creating a strengths-based, trauma-informed mental health promotive ecosystem and enhancing student resilience in tertiary education settings”, for promoting student mental health and resilience at ReST Hub. They will be required to:
(a) manage, coordinate, and/or participate in the activities of the project;
(b) coordinate and/or deliver mental health/resilience promotive interventions;
(c) coordinate and/or deliver training/educational/engagement activities;
(d) support the recruitment of participants, data collection and project evaluation; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
The appointees may be required to work outside normal office hours.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Senior Research Fellow post should have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Sciences or other related disciplines plus at least six years of postdoctoral research experience or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow post should have a doctoral degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application.
Applicants for the Research Associate post should have a master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or a good honours degree with at least three years of research/relevant work experience.
Applicants for the Research Assistant post should have an honours degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or an equivalent qualification.
