The Policy Research Institute for Education, Technology and Talents (the Institute) will be established on 1 September 2026. It will leverage PolyU’s strengths in research, innovation, knowledge transfer and interdisciplinary collaboration to provide policy insights and practical solutions in the areas of education, technology and talents.
Duties
The appointees will be required to:
(a) assist in the Institute’s research projects; and
(b) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Institute or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a doctoral degree in education, technology, social sciences, policy studies, political sciences, business administration, or other related disciplines, and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application;
(b) have solid research experience, with a good track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals;
(c) have a good command of English and Chinese, fluency in both Cantonese and Putonghua being an advantage;
(d) have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different disciplines; and
(e) be attentive to details and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
