Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the project - “Developing an AI-empowered and student-centered institutional self-awareness and well-being support system: From assessment to intervention through parameter-efficient fine-tuning of foundation models”.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have completed Form five with five passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A; Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards), Chinese Language (Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards) and Mathematics; or a combination of results in five HKDSE subjects of Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects, and the five subjects must include English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics;
(b) have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(d) be able to provide day-to-day administrative support to the project and coordinate effectively with students, project team members and external stakeholders.
Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline and with the following competencies:
• Experience in project administration, student services, event coordination, office administration, or related support work, preferably in a university or educational setting;
• Ability to arrange meetings and project activities, maintain schedules and records, prepare meeting notes, reports, presentation materials and other project documentation, and follow up on action items;
• Experience in coordinating communications and logistics with students, internal departments and external partners, including participant or user liaison where required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to handle routine data entry, document management and basic data organisation accurately, and those possessing knowledge of SPSS, R or Python is an advantage but not essential;
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with the project team; and
• Experience in or interest in student wellbeing, digital or AI-enabled services, hospitality, education, or related projects would be an advantage.

Conditions of Service
For full-time appointment, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
For part-time appointment, the remuneration rate is HK$100 per hour.
