Executive Assistant (Temporary Appointment)

[Appointment period: six months]

Duties 

The appointee will be required to:

(a)    assist in organising and coordinating non-local service-learning and leadership activities/programmes;

(b)    assist in developing and prototyping non-local service-learning projects;

(c)    provide administrative support to the service-learning project team; and 

(d)    perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or his/her delegates.

The appointee may be required to work on irregular hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Qualifications 

Applicants should have: 

(a)    a recognised degree or an equivalent qualification, preferably in Education, Engineering, Psychology or Social Science;

(b)    good computer literacy and/or statistical skills;

(c)    good communication and interpersonal skills; and

(d)    an outgoing personality and good social skills.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for written and computer tests.

Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
