Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Trust-initiated project on fostering an inclusive and empowering learning environment for neurodivergent primary school students”.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow post should have a doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Health, Allied Health or related disciplines or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application.
Applicants for the Research Associate post should have a master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or a good honours degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines with three or more years of research/relevant work experience.
Applicants for the Research Assistant post should have an honours degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or an equivalent qualification.
Applicants should also:
(a) have experience related to children, neurodiversity, special educational needs, sensory processing, inclusive education or tool development;
(b) have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Cantonese;
(c) have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(d) be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference will be given to those with experience in conducting mixed methods research and randomised controlled trial (RCT).
