Part-time Project Assistant (five posts)

Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the project - “Engaging with diversity”. They will be required to:
(a) coordinate service learning activities with students and collaborating agencies;
(b) provide administrative support;
(c) assist students in the learning process;
(d) assist with pre-and post-surveys and collection of student feedback;
(e) assist in editing of videos; and
(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Social Sciences or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) have experience in video editing and working experience in social sciences field;
(d) have strong interest in working with minority groups and elderly;
(e) have good computer literacy;
(f) have strong interpersonal and organisational skills; and
(g) be a good team player and able to work independently.

Conditions of Service
The remuneration rate is HK$125 per hour.
