Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the project - “Student-athlete learning support and admission scheme”. He/She will be required to:
(a) manage timetables of students under the student-athlete learning support and admission scheme (SALSA);
(b) serve as the primary liaison of SALSA students and support them in Health Technology and Informatics (HTI) modules;
(c) coordinate assessments of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) / multiple mini-interview (MMI);
(d) manage clinical CLIPS records;
(e) organise departmental events, alumni activities and logistics for international visitors;
(f) prepare advanced teaching, research compliance and programme materials; and
(g) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification.
