Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Proactively mitigating price manipulation in Ethereum decentralized finance applications”. The appointees will be required to:
(a) conduct research and engineering on software and blockchain security;
(b) design, implement and deploy scalable security analysis frameworks and software systems;
(c) develop automated analysis, testing, and evaluation pipelines using techniques such as program analysis, fuzzing, differential testing and Al-assisted software analysis;
(d) contribute to open-source software, prototype deployment, benchmarking and research publications; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader, the Head of Unit or their delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering or a related discipline;
(b) experience in one or more of the following areas: software security, program analysis, software testing and fuzzing; and
(c) strong programming skills in C/C++, Rust, Go or Python.
Preference will be given to those with experience in building research prototypes or software systems.
