Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Developing an AI-empowered and student-centered institutional self-awareness and well-being support system: From assessment to intervention through parameter-efficient fine-tuning of foundation models”.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification;
(b) be familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), particularly its key concepts, such as automatic thoughts, beliefs, cognitive distortions and cognitive conceptualisation;
(c) be able to identify emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns in individuals’ narratives and help translate CBT-based analytical reasoning into operational and interpretable rules; and
(d) have a strong interest in AI for mental health, self-awareness tools, or human-computer interaction.
Preference will be given to those who are familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), particularly its key concepts, such as automatic thoughts, beliefs, cognitive distortions and cognitive conceptualization, and with experience in psychological counseling practicum, case analysis, psychological assessment, or text analysis.

Conditions of Service
For full-time appointment, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
For part-time appointment, the remuneration rate is HK$125 per hour.
