Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Application of sustainable 3D-printed food materials in medical orthotic and support devices”. They will be required to:
(a) assist in the processing and preparation of raw materials;
(b) support material characterisation and performance testing, particularly mechanical properties and antibacterial properties testing;
(c) collect, analyse and process experimental data;
(d) conduct literature research and assist in preparing research reports and academic papers; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader, Dean of School or their delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an honours degree in Biomedical Materials, Materials Science and Engineering, Fashion/Textile Design or an equivalent qualification.
Preference will be given to those who are familiar with material performance testing procedures and data analysis techniques.

Conditions of Service
For full-time appointments, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
For part-time appointments, the remuneration rate is HK$125 per hour.
