Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project – “Value co-creation or co-destruction: Examining the effects of artificial intelligence on customer experience journey and firm performance”.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism or a good honours degree in the above-mentioned disciplines with at least three years of research/relevant work experience;
(b) strong research skills with top-tier journal publications; and
(c) research interests in digital marketing and artificial intelligence applications in hospitality and tourism.
