Project Assistant

[Appointment period: three months]
Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the project - “Village improvement projects and design study projects”. He/She will be required to:
(a) conduct interviews with local and overseas participants;
(b) conduct data collection and analysis;
(c) assist in proposal writing;
(d) maintain documentation and prepare project reports; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Social Design or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) have good organisational and communication skills; and
(d) be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as meeting the work schedule.
