Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Integrating close-proximity sound power measurement and numerical propagator technologies for realistic prediction and assessment of tyre/road noise nuisance in Hong Kong urban environment”.
Qualifications
For the post of Research Associate, applicants should have a master’s degree or a good honours degree with three or more years of research/relevant work experience.
For the post of Research Assistant, applicants should have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification.
For both posts, applicants should have expertise in noise control engineering.
Preference will be given to those with strong capability in (i) analytical/numerical source modeling, (ii) experimental design and implementation or (iii) C++ code development.
