Part-time Visiting Lecturer

Duties
The appointee will be required to teach daytime subject for undergraduate level students on “Property Valuation (BRE315)” during Semester 1 of the 2026/2027 academic year.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a master’s degree with at least three years of post-qualification teaching / research / practical / industrial experience in a related discipline;
(b) a good command of written and spoken English; and
(c) good communication skills
Preference will be given to those with doctoral degree and corporate membership of relevant professional bodies, e.g. HKIS, HKIE or HKIA.
Conditions of Service
The remuneration rate is HK$1,100 per hour.
