Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University – Yunji Technology Hotel Digital Intelligence Joint Innovation Lab”. He/She will focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence and tourism research and be required to contribute to projects that explore how AI, particularly large language models, can be leveraged to innovate and improve tourism-related outcomes.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Research Associate post should have a master’s degree in Economics, Statistics or a related area with strong big data analytical skills and have at least one year of research experience.
Applicants for the Research Assistant post should have a master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or an equivalent qualification.
Applicants should also have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Preference will be given to those with experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
