Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Exploring the influence of employee socialization on intention to stay: A case study of regular employees and interns of hotels in the Greater Bay Area”.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a master’s degree or a good honours degree with three or more years of research/relevant work experience;
(b) be proficient in conducting statistical analysis using SPSS, and structural equation modeling using PLS-SEM and AMOS; and
(c) be fluent in academic research writing in English.

Conditions of Service
The remuneration rate is HK$181 per hour.
