Part-time Research Assistant

[Appointment period: six months]
Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Beyond the text: How prior knowledge shapes human brains and large language models”. He/She will be required to:
(a) assist in project management, data collection and data analysis;
(b) assist in communicating and maintaining good connections with the recruited centres; and
(c) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a good honours degree or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) have experience working in a research team;
(d) have proficiency in general psychology experiments (lab-based or online);
(e) be patient, responsible, and meticulous, with good interpersonal skills; and
(f) have an interest in language science, cognitive psychology, and artificial intelligence.

Conditions of Service
The remuneration rate is HK$125 per hour.
