Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Developing an automatic data-driven carbon emission diagnose system for hotels: The Hotel ICON prototype”.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Research Associate post should have a master’s degree in Hospitality Management and have at least eight years of research / relevant work experience. Preference will be given to graduates of School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
Applicants for the Research Assistant post should have an honours degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or an equivalent qualification and have project experience in the hospitality industry.
Applicants should also have:
(a) proficiency in using various mainstream AI tools, with proven coding experience in AI development projects; and
(b) prior experience in academic research projects, with strong skills in drafting research-related documents.
