Part-time Research Assistant

Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Financial support for editorship”. He/She will support the project leader in editorial and journal-related research activites and will be required to undertake literature searches and review, data collection, organisation and analysis, and other research support tasks as required.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Social Sciences or a related field or a master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines;
(b) have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) have a basic understanding of academic research methods;
(d) have some project or research experience;
(e) have strong organisational and communication skills;
(f) have keen attention to detail;
(g) be responsible and able to follow instructions carefully; and
(h) be willing to learn.

Conditions of Service
