Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Precision diagnostic and therapeutics”.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a master’s degree in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology or a related discipline or a good honours degree in the said disciplines with three or more years of research/relevant work experience;
(b) skills in bioinformatics analysis of bulk and single-cell data of RNA-seq and ATAC-seq; and
(c) molecular biology skills, such as PCR, and cell culture of cell lines and retinal organoids.
Preference will be given to those with a PhD degree in Functional Genomics and experience in next-generation sequencing on library preparation and data analysis.
