Senior Executive Officer

Duties 

The appointee will be required to: 

(a)    supervise the team under Strategy and Engagement Office; 

(b)    support senior management in devising thought marketing strategy, planning and organising school events and stakeholder engagement activities; 

(c)    manage brand reputation through proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities;

(d)    support a broad spectrum of data collection and analysis, strategise improvement, and develop and implement a comprehensive plan for international rankings;

(e)    support the initiatives of engagement and collaboration with academic and industrial partners; and

(f)    perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School or his/her delegates.

The appointee may be required to work on irregular hours including evenings and travel occasionally outside Hong Kong.

Qualifications 

Applicants should have: 

(a)    a recognised degree;

(b)    at least eight years of relevant post-qualification administrative and supervisory experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions or sizable organisations; 

(c)    proven experience in branding and marketing, with a strong focus on digital content strategy and social media; 

(d)    excellent planning and project management skills, and the ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights; 

(e)    an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua; and

(f)     the qualities of both a team leader and a good team player.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Conditions of Service 

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.  Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract.  Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
