Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Developing an AI-empowered and student-centered institutional self-awareness and well-being support system: From assessment to intervention through parameter-efficient fine-tuning of foundation models”.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Cognitive Psychology, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Mental Health, Psychiatry, Occupational Health, General Management or related disciplines, or an equivalent qualification;
(b) demonstrate knowledge of individual well-being, mental health, emotion, self-awareness, and self-regulation, preferably in educational, organisational, or applied settings;
(c) have a solid understanding of psychometric properties, including scale development, reliability and validity assessment, and interpretation of assessment results;
(d) have proven ability to develop and operationalise competency models, particularly those related to psychological, behavioural, or well-being constructs;
(e) be fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical (AI/data) and non-technical (education, psychology, management, administration) stakeholders; and
(f) have strong analytical, organisational and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Applicant with experience or a strong interest in AI-assisted assessment, digital tools, or technology-enabled psychological interventions will be an advantage.

Conditions of Service
For full-time appointment, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
For part-time appointment, the remuneration rate is HK$125 per hour.
