Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project – “Smart Holistic Insurance Enhancement using Learning Algorithms & Decentralization (S. H. I. E. L. D.)”. He/She will be required to:
(a) develop machine learning models to predict optimal rehabilitation solutions;
(b) use AI algorithms to detect potentially fraudulent sick leave patterns;
(c) conduct speech and sentiment analysis of case managers and injured workers to uncover biopsychosocial needs; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader, the Head of Unit or their delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Research Associate post should have a master’s degree with experience in AI, NLP or biomedical data analysis.
Applicants for the Research Assistant post should have an honours degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Health Informatics or a related discipline or an equivalent qualification.
