Project Associate

[Appointment period: twenty-four months]
Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Hong Kong operational robot collaborative project – Development of enhanced vision perception and environmental mapping system”. He/She will be required to:
(a) provide administrative support for the project and the laboratory;
(b) liaise with the University’s internal units, students and external organisations, and handle related enquiries;
(c) provide support for meetings and office administration; and
(d) perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a master’s degree or a good honours degree with three or more years of research/relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
(b) good communication and interpersonal skills;
(c) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(d) good computer literacy and proficiency in common office software.
