Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the project - “Evidence-based impacts and knowledge transfer of SN”. He/She will be required to:
(a) assist in the general coordination/management of the project;
(b) monitor study progression and outcomes;
(c) write papers and proposals; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School, the project leader or their delegates.
The appointee may be required to work on irregular hours including evenings and Saturdays.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a doctoral degree in Nursing, Social Sciences, Public Health or other health related disciplines or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application;
(b) have experience in writing research papers and proposals;
(c) have good academic writing skills in English with publications in refereed journals;
(d) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(e) have a strong enthusiasm in research and a good sense of self-motivation;
(f) have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
(g) be responsible and able to work independently.
