Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “A translational research on the development of evidence-based occupational therapy service in a mental hospital of the Mainland”. He/She will be required to:
(a) assist in organising the project’s logistics;
(b) assist in literature review of the project;
(c) perform data collection, entry and analysis as well as preparing reports; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
The appointee may be required to travel to the Chinese Mainland occasionally.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology or other related disciplines or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have knowledge of conducting quantitative studies;
(c) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(d) have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
(e) have a strong sense of responsibility; and
(f) be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference will be given to those with experience in conducting mental health-related quantitative studies.
