Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Molecular mechanisms underlying the clinical persistence, pathogenesis and host defense of multidrug-resistant and hypervirulent K. pneumonaie”.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a doctoral degree or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application;
(b) experience in cell-based models and animal models;
(c) excellent research background in the relevant areas such as microbial pathogens, microbial genetics, cell biology, molecular biology, next-generation probiotics; and
(d) at least two publications of first-author papers in reputable journals in the relevant field.
