Part-time Research Assistant (Mobile Signalling Data Analytics)

Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Integrating big data analysis and dynamic cooling technologies for thermal comfort optimisation in metro stations and urban transit interfaces”. He/She will be required to process, clean, analyse and visualise mobile phone signalling data and related spatiotemporal datasets.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) an honours degree or an equivalent qualification;
(b) experience in geographic information data processing; and
(c) proficiency in at least one programming or data analysis tool.
Preference will be given to those with experience in SQL, mobile signalling or GPS trajectory data.
