Duties
The appointees will be required to work for one of the constituent research units – Research Institute for Federated Learning (RIFL) (to be established) under the PolyU Academy for Artificial Intelligence (PAAI). They will assist the project leader in the research project - “Building a federated learning platform for domain applications with foundation models”.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have solid academic background from a top University;
(c) have research/engineering experience in federated learning, large foundation models or collaborative agents, etc.;
(d) have good communication skills in both English and Chinese; and
(e) be self-motivated.
Preference will be given to those who have publication record in top AI conference and journals.
