Senior Resident Optometrists (Temporary Appointment) (several posts)

[Appointment period: each for twelve months]
Duties
The appointees will be required to:
(a) provide clinical care;
(b) participate in clinical specialty services;
(c) involve in some clinical teaching of undergraduate courses;
(d) assist a consultant/mentor to supervise a team of Resident Optometrists;
(e) participate in the community vision care activities of the School; and
(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School or his/her delegates.
The appointees will be required to work on shift and/or to work on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a recognised degree in Optometry;
(b) possess optometric qualifications registrable with the Optometrists Board in the HKSAR; and
(c) have completed a recognised residency programme.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
