Duties
The appointee will be required to help conducting the python summer bootcamp and the technology-related tutorials for the four technical subjects designed for MAFA. He/She will also be required to:
(a) prepare training materials and conduct python programming workshops, and tutorials on python programming to students in the School of Accounting and Finance;
(b) contribute to programme/course planning, administration and development; and
(c) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School or her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification form a recognised university with a solid background in python programming;
(b) possess good subject knowledge, skills and competence in the appropriate academic or professional discipline; and
(c) have an excellent command of English and good communication skills.
Preference will be given to those with relevant teaching experience in tertiary institutions. Candidates with knowledge of data analytics, machine learning as well as accounting and finance is definitely a plus.
