Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Health support project for persons with disabilities”. He/She will be required to:
(a) provide professional advice and assist in the implementation of the physical activity module of the Health Support Programme (HSP) and Train the Trainers (TTT) programme in the nine Sheltered Workshops/Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Service Centres (SWs/IVRSCs);
(b) provide professional advice on the research design and data collection as well as assist in the implementation of the impact evaluation; and
(c) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or related disciplines with at least five years of post-qualification working experience;
(b) be registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board and have a valid practising certificate;
(c) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Cantonese; and
(d) be independent and able to work with colleagues from other disciplines.
Preference will be given to those with a master's degree in the above-mentioned disciplines.
