The appointee will be required to:

(a)    provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Office of the Executive Vice President;

(b)    assist in organising of and provide logistics support to various meetings, events/visits including preparation of meeting materials and venue set-up;

(c)    handle information flow, assist in filing and maintaining records; 

(d)    liaise with internal and external parties/stakeholders; and

(e)    perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President or her delegates.


Applicants should:

(a)    have a recognised degree/associate degree/higher diploma plus some relevant working experience, preferably in the tertiary sector; 

(b)    have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

(c)    have computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with high proficiency in     PowerPoint being an advantage;

(d)    have good communication and interpersonal skills; 

(e)    be meticulous and have good organisational skills; and

(f)    have a high level of self-motivation and the ability to complete tasks independently.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test and a computer test.

Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.  Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract.  Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
