Project Technical Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)

Duties
The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “A hybrid immersive virtual environment for intercultural and interprofessional learning”. He/She will be required to:
(a) assist in technical tasks involved in the project, such as immersive virtual technology;
(b) provide technical support and logistics arrangement for the partnering institutions overseas and locally;
(c) follow up the data collection using the developed technologies; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a higher diploma or a diploma or an equivalent qualification in Computer Sciences, Engineering or other related disciplines with at least three years’ relevant post-qualification experience in virtual reality development;
(b) have project/working experience in virtual reality or hybrid immersive virtual environment technology;
(c) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(d) be able to work independently.

Conditions of Service
For full-time appointment, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
For part-time appointment, the remuneration rate is HK$120 per hour.
