Customer Service Officer (Rehabilitation Clinic)

Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) provide customer services through face-to-face/phone/email enquiry handling and other front-desk service including appointment booking, payment handling, billing and invoicing at the Rehabilitation Clinic;
(b) attend to clients'/visitors' feedback and handle complaints;
(c) conduct various operation procedures to gather clients' feedback towards Clinic services and ensure clients' satisfaction;
(d) prepare quotations for service provision;
(e) operate and maintain client records system;
(f) assist in preparing monthly accounting reports;
(g) manage inventory system;
(h) follow up payment with clients, clinics, corporate and insurance companies; and
(i) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or his/her delegates.
The appointee will be required to work outside office hours as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) five passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A; Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards), Chinese Language (Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards) and Mathematics; or a combination of results in five HKDSE subjects of Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects, and the five subjects must include English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics plus at least five years of relevant experience or a recognised certificate/diploma or an equivalent qualification;
(b) an excellent command of English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(c) computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel;
(d) knowledge of accounting principles;
(e) experience in customer service and clerical duties;
(f) a strong sense of responsibility and capability of working independently; and
(g) a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all the times.
Preference will be given to those who have a moderate amount of formal customer service training and relevant experience in a clinic.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
