[Appointment period: twenty-four months]


The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “A novel approach to target cancer stemness using peptidic chimeric antigen receptor (pCAR) macrophages”.  He/she will be required to work in research projects relating to cancer stem cells and CAR-macrophages in live cancer.


Applicants should have:

(a)   a PhD degree, preferably in Biological Science, Biochemistry or a related discipline and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application; 

(b)    experience in cell culture, molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and cancer immunology techniques; and

(c)    good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Preference will be given to those with experience in cancer studies and animal work.

Conditions of Service
