Project Assistant (Full-time/Part-time) (two posts)

Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Evaluation of the Strive and Rise Programme”. They will be required to:
(a) assist in the planning and implementation of research activities, including proposal writing and publication development;
(b) support the development and implementation of project design, survey questionnaire and analysis plan;
(c) organise data collection sessions and logistics;
(d) conduct qualitative focus groups and interviews;
(e) liaise with internal and external parties and stakeholders; and
(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or his delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have an honours degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences or an equivalent qualification;
(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
(d) have large-scale project management experience;
(e) be interested in youth development; and
(f) be a good team player and able to work independently.

Conditions of Service
For full-time appointments, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered.
For part-time appointments, the remuneration rate is HK$122 per hour.
